Personally, by your side.

I’m Richard Wallace. I help leaders and boards clarify decisions, strengthen their organizations and move forward with the changes that matter.

I have led operations bringing together nearly 300 people across a dozen teams, supported by a leadership committee of senior directors. That experience taught me to connect leadership decisions with day-to-day realities, mobilize teams and develop the people who will carry the work forward.

My aim: leave you with a stronger organization, able to keep moving forward without depending on me.

What guides me

Strategize like the military.

  • Build a competitive advantage: choose where to win and concentrate your strengths.
  • Take the initiative: anticipate risks, build the right alliances and seize opportunities.
  • Strengthen long-term business resilience: make choices that reach beyond immediate results.

Execute like an athlete.

  • Manage intensity: pace the effort and mobilize energy at the right moment.
  • Develop individual and team performance: prepare for decisive moments.
  • Recover and learn: consolidate progress before the next challenge.

Lead with humanity.

  • Combine firmness and fairness: clear expectations and a consistent framework.
  • Recognize each person’s individuality: listen to their needs and create the conditions for their success.
  • Nurture cohesion, momentum and commitment: explain decisions and give work meaning.
